The Centre for African Studies at the University of Basel, Switzerland calls for applications for a doctoral position covering a period of three years funded by the Humer Foundation for Academic Talent.
In pursuance of this, NAE invites applications from suitably qualified and interested Nigerian graduates for the 2019/2020Post Graduate Scholarship Award Scheme. The award is in two categories:
Overseas – For study in a reputable overseas university
Local – For study in a recognized Nigerian university
The University of Pretoria, South Africa is calling for applications for its 2019 Commonwealth Doctoral Scholarship.
Deadline: 17th September, 2018
The University of Pretoria Commonwealth Doctoral Scholarship will be awarded to applicants who are citizens of Commonwealth countries.
Applicants must conduct their studies at the University of Pretoria to commence in 2019.
Applicants must have completed the degree that will give them admission to a doctoral programme no more than three years prior to their application for the University of Pretoria Commonwealth Doctoral Scholarship.
Applicants must not be older than 35 years of age at the time of application.
PhD and Masters students currently registered at the University of Pretoria are not eligible for the Doctoral Scholarship.
